TIME FOR A CHANGE ?????????????

It sounds as if you are weary or fed up training ( , speak to your coach, he/she should be able to vary your sessions or at least point you in the right direction. )

Max. wink

You need to "reconnect" with your love of the sport

Try this simple exercise:
Simply think about and write down all of the things that you love (or loved) about being a shot putter, for example?
What gives you a sense of fulfilment, or achievement?
..........................excitement, fun or passion?
..........................fitting in, belonging?
..........................freedom, changing things?
..........................pride, power, confidence?
..........................humility, feeling good about helping others?
..........................friendship, warmth - given and received?
