I coach a 14 year old female Tennis player. Can any one give me advice
on the best diet to 1. Reach her maximum growth potential
2. Increase fitness and performace
3. Peak for competition.

Would be greatful for any suggestions.

Nutrition for young atheletes.

At that age they are still growing, although nutriton is important at all ages it is not as critical at this stage. Just keep them away from junk food, fried, fatty, sweet ec.. Lean meats, fruit, non-fat dairy, complex carbs ec... should be the main staple. Around 15-20% fat, 15-20% Protein and 60-70% good carbs.
