i would like to ask for some advice. I want to start participating on some open waters swimming events and learn about what kind of trainning should i begin with... thanks. P

If you contact your Regional Development Officer for the Amatuer Swimmin Association they will be able to put you in contact with a club who will be able to give you more advice.
