Where can I go to do a qualification in sports conditioning and fitness coaching? or something along those lines to work on all aspects of fitness for soccer.
But not working in a gym with weights!

The FA should be able to help, they run a variety of courses.

FA intermediate treatment and management of injuries course

Understanding the physioloigcal and biomechanical demands of training (not neccesarily soccer) and how to apply these will help. Yes the courses help but having the underpinning knowledge is crucial too.
