Hi,

Need some responses here.

How does one get a stitch while running. I have my own theroies and would like to get a wider view on the subject.

Any responses would be greatfully appreciated :)

It is my view that the painful "stitch" is the result of continuous stretching of stabilizing muscles, thus, tighten your abs "down" tight on the stitch and [b]voila
no stitch. good luck![/b]
