Suspension Bodyweight Training
Hi fellow sports folks, please can anybody advise if they have used the TRX Total Bodyweight System web site www.suspensionfitnesssystems.co.uk as I am very keen to order one as I believe this will be very very suitable for many types of sports and rehab. Any comments muchly appreciated.

I have been using a Trx for the last 2 months, It is awesome!! The best thing to come out of America since the Versaclimber. The abdominal workout is second to none and the exercises are limitless.
I importedmine from www.fitnessanywhere.com/index.php it was so much cheaper to buy a package.
