Hi, I am a high school track and field coach. We live in a small fishing town and dont have a track or much in the way of equipment, and we only train for 2 months prior to the 3 meets that we partake in. My question is, does anyone know of a website or training manual i can get that is not as extensive , as my kids dont train all year round. All the books and CDs i have bought are geared towards year round training. I am also looking for a good set of CDs for each individual event in track and field. Thanks!
