i am a 15 year old female county level sprinter hoping to go reigonal. I am unsure of what weights i should be lifting in our school gym. In my last session i did 10 reps of 50 kg on the leg press but know i could lift heavier though i am not sure if i should. What weight should i put the equipment at to improve muscular strength and power?
