Hi me again
This one is about me.
4 Yrs ago i badly twisted my right ankle to the extent that the x-ray came back with a red spot on it to indicate that i might be broken, the doctors thought that it might even be dislocated, but thankfully it was not. I was given crutches to aid my walking but came off them too early.
Anyway I have been to the physio who then sent me to podiatry, they have given me insoles to correct collapsed arches in both me feet, and to give my left leg a heel raise by 1cm, but i don't think they are helping. When i walk for a long period or try and kick a football a long was with power i feel my ankle strain really bad. The next day i have a sharp pain on the inside of my ankle near the bone, on the outside of the ankle there is a very painfull dull ache, and on the outside of my leg near the shinbone i have a sharp pain as well as aching. All these last for a few days and die down. (by the way these symptoms were happening before the insoles were put in)
On top of all of this my ankle keeps collapsing on me.
please help me if you have any info on this or how i could help my ankle then i would be grateful then i would be grateful.
Cheers
Adam
