I’ve recently started running again after a 4-month lay off for shin splints. Over the last 2 weeks, when I get up in the morning my Achilles tendon on both feet has been tight. Tight enough so I can barely walk. It has now starting to become tight after exercise. This only lasts for about 3-4 minutes, it then will loosen up enough to walk, I will then feel no pain till the morning or exercise again.
Any ideas?
