After (foolishly) replacing road volume with track running (never changing direction) I found myself with a debilitating hip/Glute/Lower back injury which has kept me from running 3 weeks now. I'm just now working with a chiro and massage therapist and it seems to be getting better. I've heard possible piriformis damage, si bruising but no certain conclusions.

I'd like to know if I'm the only ocd dummy who this has happened to. And if not what can I do to make sure I heal properly. I've not been able to run 3 weeks and its killing me.
