Hi all, i too broke my ankle nearly 5 weeks ago and had to have surgery ending with 7 pins and a plate, after a riding accident. I was wondering if anyone has taken a fall or knocked their ankle I have twice the last being last night. I am at the hospital on Friday to have my cast removed but dont know if you can damage the ankle as it seems so secure with all the matal work but i dont want to set the recovery back. Getting to the hosp is difficult as i know you all understand so i dont want to go unless i have too. Any advice?
