hi folks !
I am a footballer in competitive league but injury seem to be retarding my play.I have developed bunions on both feet on my big toes making kicking and running very painful for me.I am told by everyone that the only way for me now is surgury (which they also say can halt my career)

Can anyone help me on this ?

My experience is bunions are the end result of primarily ankle and core structural imbalances. I would suggest looking for an Osteopath with experience in treating bunions. Ask for references,
