I have treated alot of fast bolwers with upper back problems, usually soft tisssue work helps a lot of them :D , then you may need a chiro or similar to see if there is any under lying structural problems. When you have done that you may need to set up a maintainance programme. Think of your body as a car the higher the annual mileage (exercise rate) the more regular you need to service the vehicle.
