Can anyone indicate sources of practical information about determining hydration?
My problem is not maintaining hydration, but rather determining when I have arrived in the ball-park of proper hydration, if not already there.
I have heard of weighing scales that will determine body fat and hydration. Does anyone know if they are worth the £40-50 I have seen for the cheaper models?
Thanks
Dave

You should be able to determine hydration simply through weighing yourself day to day, this is without having to use any form of BIA device etc.
The urine colour chart is another method that is simple yet effective.
