Hi im 16 years old. I am pretty active. I am 6 feet 2 and have size 13 feet. 145 lbs. I have flat feet (fallen arches). I play tennis and i am starting to swim and run. I have noticed at times my hamstring cramps for no reason or my lower quad cramps for no reason. The most painful cramp occurs on the bottom of my foot. Does anyone know what is wrong with me and what stretches I should do especially for the foot. It hurts at the bottom of the arch on the inside of the foot closest to the center of the body. I lift weights in gym everyday rotating muscles. Heavy weights once a week for each muscle, then lighter weights once or twice. Cardio on recovery days to heal muscle tearing. HELP

Muscle cramps are usually due to a potassium deficiency, especially if you are getting them in a number of muscles. The best natural source of potassium is bananas. One a day should help you.
Some practitoners (applied kinesiologists) feel that each muscle correlates with a body organ or system and that a weakness in that organ may cause the muscle to be weak. I am not qualified to comment on that, other than the fact that I knwo from my own experience that the cramp in your arch relates, in that therory, to an adrenal insufficiency. But I can't tell if your are describing your arch or plantar fascia.
In any event, start with the banans for potassium and see if that's all you need.
