Dear All,
Can you please possibly help or recommend some one?.( I live in Newbury-Berkshire)
I need to correct my gait and looking at various websites I have come across this website
Background : While I walk my right leg tends to skew around( meaning goes out and then inwards!) before it lands during the gait cycle!
To be honest I am looking for someone who can help me correct the way I walk i;e retrain my brain and body to do it in the right way!
Any help , suggestion or advice would be highly appreciated.
