For about 3 months now i have had a sharpe pain down my leg..i think it is syatica and did attend a specialist for the pain but all he seemed to do was lightly press on my other leg and said take some pain killers..I also have a pain in my groin ..its ok when i run and move in different directions...if i kick fresh air it is ok..but as soon as i kick a ball not matter how hard it hurts like hell..its becoming a real problem..and stopping me for playing football to my best ability.

any tips please?
