HI, i noticed that i have a tear in my hamstring. I would be very thankful if some off u guys could tell me how to cure this quickly as i have many events coming up! I've been to a physio n etc. but still not recovered....

Usually takes up to 6 weeks to repair.
I have known some Rugby Leauge Players whom have taken 4 weeks to recover.
