Ankel and Arch inury
17th Nov '07, 6:34pm
I have had arch supports in the past (arthotics) they work while I was wearing them, but that was several years ago. I now experiencing pain in my left foot on the bottom of my heal that seems to hurt more after I sleep and wake up in the morning. How can this be treated? Will I need to invest in some type of arthoic arch support?
I was told that using a tennis ball that you can roll the ball bake and fouth with you foot wear the heal and arch will help exercise the arch.
