.i am a basketball player with a knee problem that suites the description of jumpers knee.it hurts alot to touch and to jump and someitmes to run.i train regulary and hard so it is of paramount importance that this does not hinder my performance anymore than it already has.Is there any ways that i can strenghten the patella tendon so that i can keep play basketball regulary and get back to jumping at full hight again???help will be much apreciated
