ok so i was biking the other day as an active rest and i wrecked my bike breaking both my front teeth, injuring my shoulder and my knee and my face and arms are both skinned to hell. i feel fine whenever i walk butt as i start to move my arm more it puuls on my shoulder and hurts even more. i have districts on thursday and i've been waiting for this meet all year(track). i run distance(1600-3200). my coach said he isn't going to let me run unless i get approval from the trainer but he said i need to get a little better b4 he releases me. is htere any way i can speed up the process or take something so that i wont hurt untill after my race. i dont care how much i hurt i just want to race. PLEASE REPLY!!!

sh*t! That was a serious fall.
Why not pay someone outside of your people to assess you , a physio to get a 3rd parties view.
Chance you might have damaged the rotator cuff muscles, but without further tests/info hard to say.
I presume there is no dislocation?!!
