Have you ever had a Lateral Release? Not too long ago I underwent a Lateral Release and the effort I had to put in just to come back to sport was enormous.
If you have ever had a Lateral Release I would love to hear your story and to put all your efforts into my research dissertation which will be titled "Recovery from a Lateral Release".
I would love to involve as many people I can who have ever had a lateral release.
