Hi all,
In late november i tore the superior peroneal retinaculum of my r ankle and dislocated the peroneal tendons. Had to have surgery to repair this and have been in cast for 5 weeks. Cast comes off next week and i was wondering if anyone knew of the recovery time for and injury such as this and any activities/exercises/physiotherapy techniques are most successful in dealing with such an injury. this would be greatly appreciated.
