I have lower back, ankle, knee, hip, and posture problems all on my left side. I need professional advice to correct the problems and then move on to training. I would like opinions from anyone but hopefully some can be useful.

Go see a physio. I have had much the same problem. It may be caused by a weak lower back leading to pain and your posture compsensates for that therby bringing the rest of your body out of line. It doesn't take much to correct, just a few simple exercises.

I have lower back pain when sitting on the floor for too long or bending down. It is painful to get up after sitting on the floor for too long. Any suggestions?

Back problems can arise from a variety of settings- congenital, environmental or through an injury.

It is important to determine what and how you were effected that has the led the kinetic chain of joints inthe body to suffer.

As the previous post stated, you need to address the problemby seeign a qualified physician. Physios are great for corrective exercises if they have a specific interest in this area but in my expereince, the exercises are two general and don't look at the underlying problem.

There are exercise specialists who have a strong understanding of the back and the disorders that occur. CHEK practitioners have an excellent understanding and had to follow a rigerous training within the area. Look at the website to find a local practitioner to you. The cost is much the same as a physio but can give some awesome advice of exercises and programme designing.
