Piriformis Syndrome

It is most commonly caused by a hypermobility or instability about the sacro illiac joints. Avoid sitting like the plague. No sitting at all, especially in cars!! Find a chiro who practices either SOT or Applied Kinesiology. They will sort it out easily.
