:) Greetings Dr Trev. I read your note and Googled POSE. I received back 12,500,000 different items to look at.
Sorry about this-but I did not have the urge, will-power, the coffee to see my way through 12,500,000 different items.
There is a small chance that you might find what you are looking for.
Just a thought
Cheers :D

I have looked into it a bit already and many people say it is more effecient, but I am yet to see any conclusive data.
Was lookingif anyone had actually compared anaerobic thresholds or aerobic performance between it and normal runing techniques?

Romanov is the technical coach for the GB Triathlon team (POSE founder). I have not seen any comparative data but just understand the differences between this training and some other types such as Yessis. The exercises are good for conditioning although I do not necessarily agree with the method of running - almost falling onto the next step.
Just an opinion but hopefully will be able to get more info if I get the chance to complete some work with the triathlon squad later this year.

Thanks Alex. I remember speaking to someone a while back about it who mentioned tat it was much more efficient, but couldn't elaborate on what they meant by 'efficient', energy expenditure or stride length.
