i'm having trouble with my rec fem's. i had a grade 1 tear last year in sept on my right rec fem playing soccer at school with the kids. now i have slightly (not as bad as last year) my left rec fem in sprinting training for rugby. i am a competative powerlifter who can squat and deadlift over 300kgs. i started playing and training for rugby 5 weeks ago.
my quad strength is very similar in both legs, as is my hammy strength. whats the deal??? please help.
