Hey,
ive been playing tennis since i was 8 years old, im currently 15,i play tennis competitivley and have represented my contry,my dream is to be a professional tennis player but i first got my rotator cuff injury when i retured from overseas tour in December 2002, from there on, i have been off and on court numerous times usually every 10 weeks at the big tounraments, my shoulder starts to play up again, about mid 2003, i was playing a tournament and i stoped half way during the match because of the pain, i have had numourous treatments, chiropracter, fittness trainer, physio, currently i am going to accupunture and getting sports physio treatment, it has got alot stronger and better, but still i do feel the pain sometimes wen im just lifting a light weight and it does click alot wen i move my shoulder.
i do lots of exercises for my rotator cuff, some of the symptons i usually get are like irritating shoulder i feel i have to move it all the time( and click it ), sometimes pain and aching in the neck, i feel i have a very tight back muscles and i have very tight muscle on the front of my shoulder, ( the deltoid i think its called :? when i take my swing and follow through for my server, throwing, and taking a forehand swing, lifting infrnot and beside me  i use about a 1kg - 500 g weight or rubber tube for my exercises,
well i think that about sums it up, :!: i think, sorry if the sentences dont make sense :P still learning
well just was wondering if anyone had any experience with this type of problem, or if its normal to have an injury for this long,(although alot of my mates have had the same and got rid of it straight away) or any suggestions, advice will be cool 8)
