Can any one please advise if it is possible to run with hemorroids without causing further damage.
i am overseas and not able to get good sporting medical advise from my location.
I have had to halt on two recent runs after about 5 miles due to pain in the rear, once back in my room I noticed blood covering my shorts.
I was today informed that I have one hemorroid in the entrance to my anus.
Any advise would be welcome
