Hi people. I am currently trying to get over posterior shin splints. I have rested them for 4 weeks, iced them for the first week, i have done sports massage and am currently excersising to build the muscles back up. Is there anything else I can be doing to help, or am I on the right track? Football training starts again in July, and I need to do a lot of running beofre then. Cheers.
