What's up, cool site everyone.

Just wondering if anyone has advice on what to do about strained quads. I felt them both really tighten up during a baseball game; on the verge of just pulling altogether. I immediately took myself out of the game, have DH'ed ever since, and haven't took it beyond a light jog on the bases.

How much should I ice them, and should I use heat at all? Should I look into getting those electrode suction cup things that stimulate the muscle? Just wanna heal and be free to sprint again!

Try dynamic stretches before exercise and see if its any easier, if they still tighten up speak to a therapist who can advise you further
