How many people have had this on a knee injury? did it work?
I have had some acupunture but unfortunatley it didn't work.

I am about to give tens machine a go and was wondering if people have any views on this machine?

use of tens

tens is used as a pain reliever for chronic types of pain, it generally not used on the knee however there is no reason why it couldnt be. Tens works in it's basic form, by interfering with the brains ability to recognise pain, i.e all it can feel is the tingling from the machine and not the pain. However there is not much of a carryover - it is a temporary thing. I'd go and see a doctor or physio and try other things first or at least as weel as the tens - in comparison acupuncture has an anti inflamatory element to it which is why they tried that for you if it works it does have a carry over - hope that helps ;-)
