dude, please type with the Caps Lock key off your posts will be easier to read.
I'm not a spelling nut, but it takes me ten-minutes deciphering your message because of your creative word make up. You might get more replies if we actually understood what you were trying to say.

when ever i am about to train for my 200m or 100m sprint i always go for a 800m jog known as a warm up and i also do lots of stretches followed by drills but then when i do the 200m sprint my thighs start 2 hurt not that they are tired but just pain from inside...... <----- STANDARD ENGLISH

The suggestion was that you write you posts without using the Urban Slang Dictionary for every second word.
How about writing in binary (1 0 1 0 1 0) for your next question?

as you continue to be oblivious to the gist of my first post let me spell it out in small words - I was suggest-ing a way for you to get ans-wers to your quest-ions fast-er.
Frankly from reading your other posts it seems as though you can't do any training without having the routine spelled out for you. For example, someone suggested, named in fact, a book for training track atheletes. Your next post begged/whined at them to tell you where they got the book when five minutes of searching on amazon.com or a related engine would have found the book for you.
Congrats, on the new PB.

hey gullyyy.. idunno
how serious your pain is...but
if you get this pain everytime, you can;t possibly continue with any sports.
from ur other posts
you run approx 28 secs for 200m?
i think you can improve on your muscle mass, that would help.
you are desperate in improving your time...but as you know, there is a limit for speed vs. muscle mass as well.
maybe sohuld see a doctor as well.
you can;t expect to run 2 seconds faster over a week, because persistence counts
hope that helps

It is ahrd for an average individual to run under 24....
it's not tha tou can;t
but it woul be easier for a person with talent to ddo so...
i think... posture would help you
to be able to keep your body upright during the run....requires our ab muslces to be strong...
