.I have extremely tight neck and shoulder (traps) muscle and Pecs. I try to stretch these out on a regular basis but they always seem to be tight. this affects my surfing since I feel my traps get tighter and tighter as I paddle more. I think some of the tightness occurs from being behind a desk for long periods of time. also do yoga and pilates . When I clasp my hand behind my back I cannot raise my hands above my butt.
