Hi,
Im a 15 yr old, 6ft 3 basketball player wishin 2 start to bulk up muscle wise. i weigh 11 1/2 stone and have a skinny build as you can probably guess! have you any ideas? could any1 please post a safe, effective program that will give me some good muscle mass? thanks

Don't, let it come naturally, if you want to do anything use circuit training this will improve your natural strengh. You are too young to be heading to the gym and will do more damage than good. Probably not what you wanted to hear. But that is just my opinion.

Joxster is right. You have not fully developed. It is best to use your body weight in a circuit training program. And it will work like weights, as you get heavier, the resistance gets heavier too.

I would do a few weight training moves like squats,bench and shoulder pressand add alot of bodyweight training.You can even add some quadupedal movements(mimicking animals).
