Hi there
You say that you have 4 weeks left so the important thing to remember that is that you have time. It would have been helpful if you had kepted up your training but it appears you have let it slide. In crease your runs and pace yourself. I would advise you to cut out activities that are not relevant to the type of training at the camp. Circuit training and running are probably your best bet here. I note you are a student, if at uni then you could probably get a fitness consultation to see how fit you are.
Conditioning doesn't come over night just keep trying and let it come up naturally. Don't panic or get stressed out about it.
I would say that you need to maintain a certain standard as a matter of course so as not to encounter these problems in the future, better to learn it now rather than later.

thanx for writing.
yeah i have let things get a bit out of hand. thank you for your advice on the running and circuit raining, didnt think of that second one.
am working on the stressed side of it. always have had a problem with that and used to take medication which is what slowed me down so i stopped taking it.
im not too sure what to cut out to be honest as there are numerous competative races. a log run for example over sand dunes for a few miles. a 7 1/2 k run. orienteering, an assult course and loads more.
once again thanks for your suggestions.
