hey im matt and i am getting ready to go into special forces training for the usaf. i have to take a physical ability and stamina test to make it in.

so the question is how do i increase the amount of push ups/ situps i can do?

and what is the fastest way possible? i take the test on the 27th so i need answers fast. thanks

I would strongly suggest that it's to late in the day to worry about it now, you've left 7 days, I would suggest that you concentrate on getting ready for the test and not worry about the numbers, are you rested, are you fit, no injuries, no U.R.T.I. how's your mental approach.
I'm not sure of your operational background, or how long you have had to get ready due to posting commitments etc, but if your going into that community you need to plan ahead.
I would in your situation make sure your kit in in top order, sort your feet out (very neglected part of the body) rest, eat and mentally focus on the task at hand, they are going to ream you another ass in any case, they are looking at attitude as much as anything else.
