Ok, seeing as the forum is VERY quiet I thought I would keep a bit of a training log on here for anyone who might be interested.
I have competed before as a Junior natural bodybuilder but have had a short break and am coming back to it. My first competition of the year is on July 29th. I have lost a fair bit of body fat up until this point and will try and post pictures on the forum.....
Training has recently changed and at the moment I am doing
Day 1 - Legs + 10-15mins cardio
Day 2 - am: Barbell Complex pm: sprints (300m total)
Day 3 - Chest and Back + 10-15mins uphill walking
Day 4 - off
Day 5 - Shoulders/Arms/Calves + 10-15mins cardio
Day 6 - am: Clean Grip Complex pm: Sprints (300m Tot)
Day 7 - Day of rest of course :-P
I am not a big fan of cardio at all, but at this stage I have added in some just to move things on a little. I have not done one single session of cardio up until this week, 4 weeks out, and I have made some dramatic changes to my physique. I should also note I am competing naturally, urine AND polygraph (lie detector) tested. This is not natural as it is called in the some competitions in the US or even UK whereby you are just 'clean' for the drug test or for a period of time. it is lifetime natural. I will be detailing my supplements and diet for those interested.
I hope this will be of interest to some. Please post if you are reading so I don't feel like i'm talking to myself! :-)

Ok, hopefully this picture will work...... It is a comparison of about 10lbs weight loss, NO cardio, just diet and weights. I had lost some weight prior to this but this happened simply by getting back into training and I was not logging things such as diet and taking progress pics.

Ok, glad that worked. This forum seems very 'retro' at times so I am never sure what is possible........ here are a couple more. Hopefully I have improved since the 'leaner' of these two photos as it was taken maybe a month ago....

You have an awesome physique, have you done any further contests, and how is your training/progress going along.
Hope to get in touch with you regarding competing.
