Hi guys.
Recently started training in the above, and am currently following a programme which should have a goal of a 5k/30k/5k event at the end of the 10 weeks of training.
The programme has you working out 5 days out of 7, some days running, some biking, some bricking.
If I was looking to do a 10k/30k/5 or 10k, what variables would I need to change on the programme?
If anyone has any links/programmes/ideas for duathlon training I'd be more than happy to read!
