Hi all
I am curious to know of any research and findings with regard to the effects of music on training. I run crosscountry purely for cv, and to help with the boerdom I listen to music, always some ready made training album with the bpm already worked out, last week I started a 10ker and found to my horror that I had Pink Floyds wall album on my MP3player, so I listned to it and to my supprise did the run 12 mins faster, I have repeated this four times since at different times of the day, and am always faster, and I feel less tired at the end. Why is this and has anyone else had this experience?
