Look at pubmed/medline or sports discus for more clinical based stuff. If you also type in EPO and Caner, you will probably get good result too as it is used extensively within these patients. There are sites like www.brianmac.demon.co.uk that have good info on the stuff. Also look on the Australian Institute of Sport website - they seem to have good info on these types of area
