I am having trouble finishing strong in the 100 and 200. I am winning the for the most part but a couple of things are slowing me down. I kick but for the first 60, and 130 in the 200, but then I lose form somehow. My legs start to go out to the side when I cycle my foot around. I am running in the 11.1-11.3, 22.5-23 in the 200. I would like to get under 11 next week and under 22. I don't think getting under will need me to get faster but for me to get better form throughout the whole race.
Can anyone help?

You need to work on speed endurance. Without it, you will be unable to finish strongly. Look at www.brianmac.demon.co.uk for the sprinting training sessions. Will give you some good drills for speed endurance.
