hey all, i am 14 and i play for a professional club at football for an under 15 agegroup, i am lookin for ways to imprive my fitness and aid growth.
any advise ect please help.

do plenty of running eg 4-5 miles every other day and skip 20 mins a day that should get your fitness up, thats what I do
