hey all,i need help.
i have been doin sprint training 4 the past 7 weeks.this is for 100m,200m and 400m.ive been doin body work..but without weights.my time is currently 12.5sec for the 100m and 25.2secs for the 200m.and now i have come 2 a stand still.i can't seem to bring my times down at all although i am training 6 times a week.the results arent coming.i was wondering if anyone has any sprint training programmes or advice and tips to help me improve my times
