Will jogging home after a hill sprint session, up to 2 k's, reduce the benefits?

hill sprint is generally 60 metres long. rest is a slow jog to the bottom. I usually alternate between sprinting forward and backward up th hill

the hill i use is 4 teir so occassionally i will sprint the first leg do 10 burpees, sprint the second leg do 10 knee tuck jumps etc and then walk jog back to bottom and take off agian.

the intensity of the run home is not high
