Hi everyone,
I am a martial artist, or rathet I was. I trained the art of Wing Tsun for two years and some boxing afterwards. I would love to resume that training but because of my studies I fear I wont have enough time to give it as much time as I would like to. So, I still like the way martial arts form the body to make it athletic. Thats my ideal of sports and the way training should be. Now, after stopping boxing, which has been a year ago, I am now doing training with weights in a gym (1-2 a week), run regularly (1 a week), play basketball (1 a week) and play Badminton (1 a week). Sadly, I dont do all of that regularly (but normally I do 2-3 sports units a week) and I know its quite different and no stringent training. So, I would love to ask of some of you people what you would suggest what I should kick out of my training and what I should increase to keep my body fit for the time when I continue my martial arts training. Thanks for the help
Talas
