Hi, can anyone tell me in detail, about the milling I will have to do with the paras? For example, where are you allowed to punch, and what protective gear (if any) do you wear?
Any additional advice on any aspcect of paras most welcome :)

Just remember milling is NOT boxing :shock: they are looking for heart not technical skills. cheers have a good un John Murphy
