I know that we should avoid using belts for lifting weights, but what are the reccomendations for on motocross bikes?
I ride a mini moto and you tend to sit down alot more thatn normal.

I think it depends on the terain you ride in and your suspention set up!
I personally use a kidney belt all the time-it works for me. The lower back can copp a hammering so personally I recomend it!
