Hi Guys

I am busy with a research project trying to find norms of young and elite athlete for high profile world sports. Besides Hoffman book and the 101 testing protocols from pponline, do you perhaps know where I can find specific bits of information. e.g.
Soccer, rugby, cricket etc, of all ages. The info needs to be credible.

Further more I am looking for information on testing elite athletes in these various sports. What tests fo Man United or other English premier clubs test their players. This info also needs to be credible and reliable.

In your specific area or field of expertise, do you know any of the information I am searching for above.
I would really appreciate your help.

Have a great day
Sean

Baechle and Earl's "Essentials of Strength and Conditioning" has values for many sports at a collegiate level.
I believe Tudor Bompa's periodisation book may also have some values...

I interned at Watford FC (Championship just below premier league) and they didnt really test on anything other than a functional movement screen! However i now work with some junior rugby league athletes and they are currently tested on FMS, CMJ, sit and reach test and a 150 test.

Personally, If i was the S & C coach at a premier league club and was actually allowed to test them (they tend to wrap them in cotton wool), i would do CMJ, Squat 1RM, Sprint times: 10m, 30m, 50m, Fatigue index across 10 x 30m sprints... and obviously a FMS

This may be helpful...
